  • Answer
If you would like to arrange a sample test, please contact AiST TECH.
  • Answer
Detection performance depends not only on the detector itself, but also on the material and thickness of the product, the size and type of the target being detected, inspection speed, X-ray imaging conditions, and image-processing settings.
  • Answer
Yes. AiST TECH provides an SDK for system integration. We also provide AT-Viewer, dedicated software for detector control, image acquisition, real-time monitoring, and image review.
  • Answer
Supported scan speed varies depending on the detector model and settings. FLIES C supports up to 100 m/min at 0.4 mm pixel pitch and up to 200 m/min at 0.8 mm pixel pitch, MiUS D supports up to 100 m/min, and DANO T supports up to 66 m/min. Actual inspection speed may vary depending on the product and the required image quality.
  • Answer
Choose a detector with an active area (usable detection width) wide enough to cover the product being inspected. AiST TECH offers models with active areas of approximately 256 mm, 410 mm, and 616 mm, allowing customers to select a model that matches the required inspection width.
  • Answer
The appropriate detector depends on the product material and thickness, inspection purpose, required resolution, inspection width, and production speed. FLIES C is suitable for general industrial X-ray inspection, MiUS D is suited for applications where difficult-to-distinguish materials need clearer differentiation, and DANO T is suitable when more detailed, high-resolution imaging is required.
  • Answer
Yes. AiST TECH detectors can be integrated into existing X-ray inspection systems when the interface, inspection width, installation conditions, and operating conditions are compatible.
  • Answer
A Single-Energy detector acquires a single X-ray image for general X-ray inspection. A Dual-Energy detector uses Low-Energy and High-Energy information together to make materials that are difficult to distinguish in conventional X-ray images easier to differentiate. AiST TECH's MiUS D uses a Horizontal Dual-Energy architecture.
  • Answer
AiST TECH offers three main X-ray line detector series: FLIES C, MiUS D, and DANO T. FLIES C is a Single-Energy detector suitable for a wide range of industrial inspection applications. MiUS D is a Dual-Energy detector designed for applications where materials are difficult to distinguish using conventional X-ray imaging. DANO T is a high-resolution TDI detector suited for applications requiring more detailed imaging.
  • Answer
An X-ray line detector continuously captures X-ray signals transmitted through a product and converts them into digital data for X-ray imaging. It is commonly used on production lines to visualize the internal condition of moving products.
